Do you include a receipt or invoice in Delivery?
We do not include invoices/receipts. They are only emailed to the customer/purchaser.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders require 5 business days from the date the order is processed to be produced and ready to ship. "Frame Your Photo" orders take an additional 2 days to create proofs for customers.

What is Your Return Policy?
Here at Wild Grafico, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee regarding the
workmanship and quality of materials used to produce all our product offerings. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 1 month of
receiving it so we can assist with a replacement. Unfortunately, we
cannot process replacements for items reported after that timeframe.Replacements take four business days to produce and will be shipped
using the same service level selected for your original order. We cannot be held liable for items that are delayed during shipping due
to holidays and extreme weather conditions, as we have no control over
this. Shipping charges are non-refundable. -

Yes, work with our representative for a free quote. Discounts are based on size 16"x20" or greater and quantities of 6 or more.
